1.MODEL HRS-150 ROCKWELL DIGITAL DISPLAY HARDNESS TESTER
Rockwell Digital Display Hardness Tester Model HRS
150,which won the national quality silver medal prize in
1989,is a new type of practical semi-
automatic hardness measuring instrument.It can be widely
applied in the factories,scientific research institutes
and laboratories of colleges,for determining the Rockwell
hardness of ferrous,non-ferrous metals,non-metal
materials and their finished parts.
Features:
A frictionless loading shaft mechanism is adopted in this
instrument instead of conventional tyfle and the
application of preliminary test force is controlled by a
magnetic clutch,so that the accuracy of preliminary test
force is greatly increased.
A series of operations including applying,holding and
releasing of total test force is performed
automatically.That completely eliminates human error in
those operations.
Reading error by operators can be avoided thoroughly as
the measured hardness values are digitally displayed.
The measured hardness value and data prpcessing result
concerned can be recoreded automatically when the
recorder,such as computer printer,is connected. |

Rockwell Motor-driven Hardness Tester Model HRD-1 50
features high measuring accuracy, reliable performance
and applicable to wide fields. It is a necessary

4.MODEL HRZ-150 AUTOMATIC ROCKWELL HARDNESS TESTER
| Automatic Rockwell Hardness Tester Model HRZ-150 is
able to perform the test procedure automatically.The
worktable can automatically go up and down,and the
measuring number can be set optionally with this
tester.The measured hardness values can be digitally
displayed.As this tester is equipped with a computer
printer Model HCP,the hardness values and resulted data
